We don't move freight ourselves — we orchestrate the people, systems, and partners that do.
Our Mission
TODOS Logistics was founded to address a persistent gap in Caribbean trade: the lack of structured, reliable coordination across complex cross-border supply chains. We operate as a logistics coordination company — not a carrier — focused on bringing discipline, documentation, and accountability to international sourcing and cross-border movement.
Our base of operations is the Dominican Republic, positioned at a critical intersection of Caribbean trade. The Dominican Republic–Haiti land corridor represents one of the region's most active — and most complex — cross-border trade routes, and it is where we have developed deep operational expertise.
As an asset-light operator, we work with established freight carriers, customs brokers, ground transport providers, and international suppliers. This model allows us to remain agile, cost-effective, and scalable — adapting our service structure to meet the specific requirements of each engagement.
TODOS Logistics is currently registered as an SRL in the Dominican Republic. We are designed from inception to operate within structured institutional environments, with full documentation and compliance at every stage of the trade process.
Our Approach
Coordination Over Ownership
Our asset-light model means we invest in relationships and expertise, not equipment. This translates to flexibility and lower overhead for our clients.
Compliance-First Operations
Every engagement is built around documented processes, proper regulatory adherence, and transparent reporting — requirements for institutional counterparts.
Regional Depth
Our understanding of Caribbean trade dynamics — particularly the DR-Haiti corridor — gives us an operational advantage that general logistics providers lack.
Institutional Credibility
Our structure, documentation practices, and operational discipline are designed for engagements with private enterprises, government agencies, and NGOs.

Services
Four core service areas. One coordinated approach to international trade.
International Sourcing & Procurement Coordination
From the Dominican Republic, we coordinate your procurement and secure the best pricing and lead-time conditions with local and international suppliers.
This service is particularly valuable for businesses that lack the in-house infrastructure to manage international supplier relationships directly.
Freight Brokerage & Global Routing
We coordinate air and ocean freight movement through established carrier relationships, selecting the optimal routing, transit time, and cost structure for each shipment. Our role is to manage the logistics coordination layer so our clients can focus on their business — not their supply chain.
We maintain connections to freight providers across key corridors including US–Caribbean, Asia–Caribbean, and intra-Caribbean routes.
Cross-Border Ground Transport
The Dominican Republic–Haiti land border corridor is one of the most commercially active — and operationally complex — trade routes in the Caribbean. TODOS Logistics specializes in structured cross-border coordination across this corridor, including ground transport, border documentation, and in-country delivery coordination.
We work with established ground transport operators and border clearing agents to ensure documented, reliable movement of goods.
Trade Facilitation & Compliance Support
International trade involves a significant documentation and regulatory burden. We provide coordination support across customs procedures, import/export documentation, and trade compliance — particularly for transactions involving the Dominican Republic and regional trade corridors.
This service is particularly relevant for organizations entering new markets or managing high-volume trade with complex regulatory requirements.
Markets
Caribbean-centered. Globally connected. Structured for trade across corridors that matter.
Operational Regions
TODOS Logistics concentrates its coordination capabilities on the Caribbean's most commercially significant trade routes, while maintaining sourcing reach into global manufacturing and supply regions.
Dominican Republic
Primary operational base. The DR serves as our coordination hub for inbound freight, outbound export, and regional distribution. We coordinate across Santo Domingo, Santiago, and key port facilities including Puerto de Haina and Puerto de Caucedo.
Haiti
Active market via the DR–Haiti land border corridor. We coordinate formal trade across:
United States
Key origin and transshipment market for Caribbean imports. We coordinate through Miami, New York/NJ, and other U.S. port gateways for ocean and air freight destined for the Caribbean.
Asia Pacific
Primary sourcing region for manufactured goods. We coordinate procurement from China, Vietnam, South Korea, and other established manufacturing centers across the region.
Europe
Specialized sourcing for industrial goods, equipment, and premium products from European suppliers, with coordination from key ports including Rotterdam, Hamburg, and Barcelona.
Caribbean Region
Intra-Caribbean trade coordination across CARICOM markets and neighboring island nations. We provide connections and coordination for broader regional expansion as client needs evolve.
Why the Caribbean
The Caribbean is heavily import-dependent, with limited domestic manufacturing capacity and strong demand for coordinated logistics infrastructure. Most Caribbean nations rely on external sourcing for a significant portion of their consumable and industrial goods.
At the same time, cross-border trade — particularly between the Dominican Republic and Haiti — remains one of the region's most commercially active but logistically underserved corridors. This is where TODOS Logistics is positioned to have the greatest impact.
The Dominican Republic's strategic position — at the center of Caribbean shipping lanes, adjacent to Haiti, and well-connected to U.S. and European trade routes — makes it an ideal base for a coordination-focused logistics operator.
We understand the regulatory environment, the operational challenges, and the institutional requirements of this market in a way that general logistics providers typically do not.
